How to make instant RAS MALAI

Ingredients :


Sugar 1 and 1/2 cups

Milk 1 and 1/2 liter

Milk powder 1 cup

Egg-1

Cream 1 cup

Few Almonds


Method :


Boil milk, add sugar and thicken to half the quantity.
Keep aside.

Mix milk powder.
Break the egg into this mixture, knead it lightly into the dough with wet hands and make small balls. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.

Now keep the thickened milk on slow fire and put the small balls into it.

Let them cook for 10 minutes, remove and cool.

Add beaten cream, sprinkle small pieces of almond on top.

And it is ready serve.
