How to make Corn Akoori



Ingredients:

 Onion-2  chopped.
 Tomato-1  finely  chopped
 Coriander & green chillies fine chopped
Corn Kernels 400gm.
 Eggs 4
Salt to taste.
 Oil 2 tea spoons

Method:

 In a pan heat the oil and fry onions in it till soft and pale brown.
 Add tomato cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
 Add coriander leaves, chillies and salt, Stir well and cook uncovered for 2 mins. Add corn and mix well.
 Remove pan from heat.
 Break eggs into a bowl and beat a few strokes to just blend the yolks and whites, then add to corn mixture and mix well.
 Return pan to heat and cook a few minutes stirring till eggs are scrambled and serve at once.


Mushroom Rice (Spicy)

Mushroom Rice (Spicy)


Serves - 4 person

Time - 10 mins

Ingredients--


Mushroom Sliced - 1/2 cup
Basmati rice boiled - 2 cup
Chinese spice powder - 1 teaspoon
1 pinch sugar
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Dried black mushroom - 1/2 cup

Method--



Heat the oil; add the mushrooms and sauté till they are tender.
Add the dried black mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 more minutes.
Add the Chinese 5 spice powder and sauté for ½ a minute.
Add the rice, sugar and salt and mix well. Serve hot.


Tips

Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove and discard the stalk.
