Mushroom Rice (Spicy)
Serves - 4 person
Time - 10 mins
Ingredients--
Mushroom Sliced - 1/2 cup
Basmati rice boiled - 2 cup
Chinese spice powder - 1 teaspoon
1 pinch sugar
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Dried black mushroom - 1/2 cup
Method--
Heat the oil; add the mushrooms and sauté till they are
tender.
Add the dried black mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 more
minutes.
Add the Chinese 5 spice powder and sauté for ½ a minute.
Add the rice, sugar and salt and mix well. Serve hot.
