How to make Corn Akoori



Ingredients:

 Onion-2  chopped.
 Tomato-1  finely  chopped
 Coriander & green chillies fine chopped
Corn Kernels 400gm.
 Eggs 4
Salt to taste.
 Oil 2 tea spoons

Method:

 In a pan heat the oil and fry onions in it till soft and pale brown.
 Add tomato cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
 Add coriander leaves, chillies and salt, Stir well and cook uncovered for 2 mins. Add corn and mix well.
 Remove pan from heat.
 Break eggs into a bowl and beat a few strokes to just blend the yolks and whites, then add to corn mixture and mix well.
 Return pan to heat and cook a few minutes stirring till eggs are scrambled and serve at once.


Mushroom Rice (Spicy)

Mushroom Rice (Spicy)


Serves - 4 person

Time - 10 mins

Ingredients--


Mushroom Sliced - 1/2 cup
Basmati rice boiled - 2 cup
Chinese spice powder - 1 teaspoon
1 pinch sugar
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Dried black mushroom - 1/2 cup

Method--



Heat the oil; add the mushrooms and sauté till they are tender.
Add the dried black mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 more minutes.
Add the Chinese 5 spice powder and sauté for ½ a minute.
Add the rice, sugar and salt and mix well. Serve hot.


Tips

Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove and discard the stalk.

How to make Tasty Corn Soup Quickly


Ingredients :




Cornflower 2 Tablespoon

Vegetables- Carrot, Cauliflower, Onions, French-beans (chopped)

Cream Corn 1 can of 450 gram

Butter 3 table spoon

Cheese 2 table spoon

Ginger paste of 1 inch piece ginger

Chilies 2 nos




Method :


Mix cornflower with water and add paste, corn and cock in a pressure cooker until done.
Add chopped vegetables, butter and cheese and boil for few minutes.
Now your soup is ready to serve.
You can serve it with chilies in vinegar and chili sauce or with grated cheese.

How to make RAS MALAI

How to make instant RAS MALAI

Ingredients :


Sugar 1 and 1/2 cups

Milk 1 and 1/2 liter

Milk powder 1 cup

Egg-1

Cream 1 cup

Few Almonds


Method :


Boil milk, add sugar and thicken to half the quantity.
Keep aside.

Mix milk powder.
Break the egg into this mixture, knead it lightly into the dough with wet hands and make small balls. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.

Now keep the thickened milk on slow fire and put the small balls into it.

Let them cook for 10 minutes, remove and cool.

Add beaten cream, sprinkle small pieces of almond on top.

And it is ready serve.


Instant Strawberry Drink

Ingredients : 


Strawberries chopped - 6 tblspn

Hung yogurt - 300 gram

Sugar to taste

Red color a few drops

Strawberry essence.


Method :


Mix the color, chopped strawberries, hung yogurt and sugar well.

Add little water so that the mixture is of a drinkable consistency.

And you ready to drink your strawberry drink.

How to make Onion Pettish

Onion Pettish - For up to 7 people

Material Required For Use

For Upper cover

  •   500gm Potato
  •   2 Bread slice
  •   1 Lemon
  •   Veg Oil ( for deep fry)
  •   Salt
For Inside
  •  4 Onions
  •  100gm Pooha
  •  1/2 tea spoon crushed green chili
  •  1/2 tea spoon crushed ginger 
  •  2 table spoon green coriander leaves 
  •  1/2 tea spoon lemon squeeze
  •  1 table spoon sugar
  •  1 tea spoon spicy mix
  •  Salt

Procedure

  1. Boil Potato and mix it with bread, salt and lemon juice and create a good mixture.
  2. For inside crush the onions, add some washed pooha and then add all the other ingredients and mix them well.
  3. Put the onion mixture inside the potato mixture and make round shape.
  4. Then deep fry in oil.


Note: We can also make it without onion as well.
